RoofingWala is an information website. It sells nothing, runs no reader accounts, and asks for nothing about you in order to read it. This page describes what that means in practice, and it describes the site as it actually is today rather than as a generic template.

What is collected

Nothing you type. There are no comment forms on this site, no way for a reader to register an account, and no newsletter signup currently connected. There is nowhere to enter your name, your address or your email address.

Ordinary server records. As with almost any website, the hosting and content delivery layer records the technical details of each request: the IP address it came from, the browser and device type, the page requested and the time. Those records exist to keep the site running and secure. They are not used to build a profile of you and they are not sold.

Cookies

RoofingWala sets no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies. WordPress and the hosting layer may set functional cookies connected to security and caching. No third party analytics service runs on this site.

If you write to us

Emailing hello@roofingwala.com means your address and your message sit in an email inbox, as any correspondence does. They are used to reply to you. They are not added to a mailing list and they are not passed to anyone else.

Links to other sites

Articles here link out to manufacturer documentation, building codes and industry bodies. Those are other organizations websites, with their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

If any of this changes

If RoofingWala later adds analytics, advertising or a working newsletter, this page will be updated to say so, and it will be updated before those things go live rather than afterwards.
